Renovation
When you are remodeling, it is advisable to prepare well and set your goals clearly.
You will be dealing with many parties and various companies and suppliers who are mainly concerned with their own subfield. To achieve a good result, all these parties must be coordinated and properly managed.
The steps to follow are:
- Exploratory interview(s).
- Preparation of program of requirements (PoR by the client).
- Making sketch proposals
- floor plans
- Creation of final floor plans
- Elaboration of design, materialization and Installation proposals
- Construction calculation and drawing (if necessary)
- Creation of technical description (or specifications)
- Tendering (quoting contractors and performing parties)
- Final design (also tender drawing).
- Environmental permit (if required)
- Prepare final design and budget (choose executing party)
- Execution under the supervision of MASstudio
- During execution, make construction reports, monitor budget and more/less work.
- Final delivery
You may not want to do the entire process with us, but may need our experience and expertise in only a part. Our input should not be superfluous but useful and valuable.
